Charlie serves as President of the LGBTQIA+ nonprofit Peekskill Pride, as a Councilman for the City of Peekskill, New York, and as a high school English Language Arts teacher in the Bronx.
Brian is a business owner and community leader in Peekskill, New York, serving on the Peekskill Common Council since 2022. He has led local initiatives through the Peekskill Business Improvement District, where he remains on the Board, and as a founding president of Peekskill Pride, advocating for the LGBTQIA+ community with passion and purpose. Brian and his husband, Sepp, have been together for more than 25 years, building a life rooted in love, service, and advocacy.
Allie is the co-founder of Croton Rainbow Club, a community group for LGBTQIA+ elementary aged kiddos, allies, and families. Allie owns her own residential interior design business and is a licensed real estate agent in the Hudson Valley.
Laura serves as the Secretary of Peekskill Pride. She is dedicated to fostering a more inclusive and equitable future for the LGBTQ+ community. Laura lives locally with her wife and son, drawing inspiration from their family to build a supportive environment for the future.
James lived as an isolated and fearful teenager before they started the first LGBTQIA+ youth group in Westchester County. Since then, they have received awards from various LGBTQIA+ organizations (including GLSEN) for their advocacy, activism, and artistry for over 3 decades. They currently teach at Monroe College in the Bronx and feel lucky to come full circle and serve queer youth in our community-based program, as they remember what it was like before they found community.
Michael is a Unitarian Universalist minister with over three decades of experience as a sexuality educator. They are the co-author of Our Whole Lives: Sexuality Education for Young Adults and an Affiliated Community Minister of the UU Congregation of the Hudson Valley. They live in Peekskill with their husband and daughter.
